CARES Teams

The CARES program is a proven resident retention program. Apartment Life recruits, trains and manages onsite CARES Teams (married couple, family or two single adults) to assist management in building community and serving residents. CARES Teams recognize that residents want more than just a place to live - they want a community of friends, a place to belong, and a caring touch. CARES Teams are neighbors who make an apartment a home!

We Care
Community means having neighbors who care. Occasionally life throws you a curve, and you need a helping hand or just a listening ear. In times of need, the CARES Team is like family, ready to help.		 Care.jpg
Connect.jpg Getting Connected
Community is about relationships. In this fast-paced world, it is sometimes difficult to build new friendships. The CARES Team helps you feel connected to your community and meet new people. It's like an old-fashioned "welcome wagon" when you move in!
Having Fun
Community is about having fun with people you enjoy being around. The CARES Team plans social events that keep everyone involved. Whatever their passion, CARES helps residents connect with like-minded neighbors.		 Fun.jpg

Community is not just about being served...it's also about giving. The CARES Team provides opportunities for you to give back to the community and make a difference in the lives of others.
 

CARES Team
Qualifications

Called to model the Christian life in an apartment community

Have a mature Christian walk and an ability to share your faith

Active in a Bible-based church

Enjoy meeting new people and planning social activities

Have three years work experience or a college degree

Commit approximately 10 hours per week (per team member)

Commit to serve for at least 18 months

Commit $250 per month to the CARES ministry

CARES Teams can receive up to $6900 at the end of their service - ask a representative how!
